Lethbridge Logistics Facility

6.3 acres of undeveloped land was purchased by Hobgoblin Holdings Limited in 1997 for future development. Following subdivision and sale of individual parcels to local investors, the balance was retained in the Hobgoblin Holdings property portfolio Sold to local investors between 2001 and 2006
Mark’s Work Wearhouse

As part of Hobgoblin Holdings Limited redevelopment of Centre Village Mall, a new 9,800 s.f. freestanding building was constructed for Mark’s Work Wearhouse in 2005
Zellers

A new 82,000 s.f. Zellers was constructed in 1991 as part of Hobgoblin Holdings Limited redevelopment of the Centre Village Mall. In 2003 Hobgoblin Holdings completed a further expansion to this store brining Zellers to over 100,000 s.f.
Future Shop
